Good looking cop, Ken breaks off his engagement to former sweetheart Pam who then turns around and marries his best friend and sidekick cop buddy, Allen. Wounded hearted Pam continues to set Ken up on dates to find out what sort of woman will ultimately win his affection and she is caught off guard when Abby, a new office co-worker turns out to capture his interest with her quirky mystique.
This drives Pam mad with jealousy and intrigue and she becomes obsessed with finding out more about Abby's allure while her marriage to Allen crumbles as a result of her emotional disruption. Ken and Allen's Superior, Lieutenant Swarez gets tangled up in the cross fire of their relationships gone haywire.
Despite Abby's crazy and unexpected antics, Ken STILL can't seem to break it off with this beautiful and oddly 'otherworldly' woman. Allen blames Abby for his world falling apart and starts digging around in her criminal past and gets himself into dangerous waters in the process.
